Marco Cerchiara

Marco Cerchiara, admitted to bar in 2000, graduated in Civil Law from the University of Siena in 1996.

After graduating, he first attended the "A. Berliri" annual specialization course in Tax Law at the University of Bologna (1998-1999) aimed at specializing in legal, corporate and tax matters.

Since 2001 he has been practicing as a civil and commercial lawyer offering advice and assistance in litigation and non litigation and arbitration procedures.

Since 2003 he has been collaborating with SLCT, with a prevalent interest in contractual matters and assistance, including judicial assistance, to small and medium-sized enterprises.

He is admitted to Higher Courts.
