Silvia Pignatti

Silvia Pignatti, civil lawyer enrolled since 1993, graduated in Commercial Law at the University of Modena in 1989 (cum laude).

After graduating, she attended an annual academic specialization course in Corporate Law at the Catholic University of Milan (1989-1990) aimed at specializing in legal and corporate issues with in-depth studies in international and EU law, as well as in domestic law.

From 1990 to 2001 she taught as a voluntary assistant first in the disciplines of commercial law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Modena and then in the disciplines of private law in the foreign trade and business administration diploma courses at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Modena.

Since 1993 she has been practicing the activity of lawyer, with a prevalent interest in contractual matters and assistance, including judicial, to small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as in matters of family law, both as regards the issues of separation and divorce, and for what concerns the matter of succession.

She has been appointed as support administrator several times by the Court of Modena.

She has collaborated with SLCT since its foundation.

She is admitted to practice in the Higher Courts.
