Saverio Chesi

Saverio Chesi deals exclusively with criminal matters, both by taking on defensive mandates and by providing out-of-court consultancy activities, mainly in the context of crimes against the person, environment and construction crimes since the mid-nineties.

It also regularly deals with bankruptcy, tax and corporate crimes, as well as crimes against the public administration.

He is a member of the “Franco Bricola” Criminal Chamber of Bologna and in the years 1998-2000 / 2000-2002 / 2002-2004 he was a member of the Board with the title of Treasurer for all three mandates.

In the years 2010-2011 and 2014-2015 he was a member of the Examination Commission for the Bar Admissions as Vice President.

He is a lecturer in the training course for criminal lawyers for enrollment in the list of public defenders, held jointly by the Bologna Bar Association and the Bologna Criminal Chamber.

He is fluent in German language.

Training

Graduated in maritime law at the University of Bologna in 1990 and admitted in Bologna Bar since 1993.

Qualified to practice before the higher courts since 2005.
