Luca Monti

​After graduating, he worked at the Teneggi-Belfiori-Chesi firm in Bologna and subsequently attended an annual post-academic specialization course in Tax Law and Bankruptcy Law at the University of Bologna, as well as in Milan of Law Economic Penalty aimed at specialization in legal-corporate issues including international ones.

He has long been involved in international affairs, accompanying his own Clients on foreign markets in collaboration with local professionals. Alongside the consultancy activity, the judicial defense for the freedom of individuals (MAE, extraditions) and their assets (freezing of assets, EU sanctioning legislation, Schengen S.I.S. reporting) in context of international criminal collaboration.

Head of the internal Real Estate and Business Department immigration, assists the firm's clients in their projects of relocation to Italy. 

He also has social interests, through financial support to ONLUS associations in favor of the weakest social groups, operating both in Italy and abroad.

He is qualified to practice law in the Higher Magistrates.

He has full command of the Russian language.
