Francesca Cisternino

Francesca Cisternino, civil lawyer admitted to bar since 1999, graduated in Tax Law from the University of the studies of Bologna in 1993.

After graduating, she attended a specialization course in the field of civil liability and compensation for damage, acquiring extensive expertise in the sector with specific reference to professional liabilties and insurance field.

In 2005 she attended a course on consumer protection and public faith.

In 2011 she obtained a Master in Family and Juvenile Law at A.I.D.I.F. - Italian Advocacy for the Rights of Families.

Having gained experience in several law firms, from 2003 to 2020 she practiced in the field of civil law at the firm she founded with particular regard to the aforementioned matters, offering advice both in and out of court.

She is a consultant to the Court of Bologna on support administrations and curatorships.

She has perfect knowledge of the Spanish language, thanks to which she has multiple contacts with companies targeting the Iberian and South American markets.

Since October 2020 she has been collaborating with Studio SLCT.

She is admitted to practice in the Higher Courts.
